How we look after your data

What she stores

Your business details and the script you approved. Your bookings. For each customer: name, phone number, address, and what they booked. A recording and a transcript of each call, kept for 30 days and then deleted.

What she can do

Answer calls and messages, book into the diary, send the texts you've approved, and take a message. That's the whole list. She can't send money, can't delete anything, and can't reach any system you haven't connected.

What she can't reach

Your passwords, your bank, your phone, your files. The one thing she can touch is the calendar you choose to connect, through a permission you grant in your own Google or Microsoft account and can switch off there at any time. If you don't connect one, she keeps her own diary.

Who can hear a call

You, from your own page. Us, if you ask for help with a call. The companies that process the call for us, under written agreements, for 30 days. Links to recordings expire. Nobody else.

Where it goes

Stored encrypted with a major cloud provider. Calls are processed by specialist speech and AI providers, some of them in the United States, under the agreements UK data protection law requires. Our privacy policy lists them.

Can she be tricked?

She can only do what she's built to do. The worst a mischievous caller can manage is a wrong booking, which you'd see in the diary and in the text you get after every call. There's no path from "fooled the receptionist" to "inside your business".

If something went wrong

We'd tell you without delay, as soon as we knew, with what happened and what we did, so you could meet your own deadline for reporting it.

Your customers' rights

Any customer can ask what we hold about them, ask for it to be deleted, or stop the texts with one word. We'd handle that with you within a month.
