In with a patient. Maggie books the next one.
For aesthetic clinics, dentists and private practice. She books by practitioner, takes the deposit, and never says more than you've told her to.
Hear her answer as your business: type your website address and she takes a call as your receptionist.

What she does for you
Discreet and exact
She books by practitioner and time and says only what you've written about each treatment. No advice, no promises, nothing medical, ever.
Deposits that hold the slot
A payment link at booking, into your own account, so a no-show costs the patient the deposit instead of costing you the afternoon.
Returning patients recognised
On Pro, she knows a returning patient's name and what they had last time, and offers the practitioner they saw before.
Reminders, and easy changes
A text the day before. Patients can move or cancel by replying, and the slot is offered to the next person waiting.
Review requests
The day after, one text with your Google link, for the patients you choose.
Messages for anything clinical
A question about suitability, a reaction, a prescription: she takes a message and texts the practitioner within the minute.
A consultation, booked and held with a deposit
She offered the practitioner's next two slots, put the deposit link in the confirmation, and passed a clinical question to you as a message rather than answering it.
Every word of that is from a script you approved, and you can change it any time.
Pro, for most clinics.
Pro at £299 a month is the clinic plan: deposits into your own account, a diary per practitioner, returning patients recognised, and messages for anything clinical. Standard at £179 works for a single-practitioner room that doesn't take deposits. See all three plans.
What will she say about treatments?
Only what you've written for each one: what it is, how long it takes, what it costs. Nothing about suitability, results or risks; I pass those to the practitioner as a message.
Is patient data handled properly?
Calls and bookings are encrypted in transit and at rest, recordings are deleted after 30 days, and every provider is under a written agreement. The detail is here.
Can she take a deposit?
Yes, on Pro. I put a payment link in the confirmation text, paid into your own account, with the amount you set per treatment.

A card to start, nothing taken for two weeks. If she doesn't book you any work, you've lost nothing.
